The #GivingTuesdayNow event kicked off globally on May 5, 2020, to connect with communities around the world that are giving back. For the following Tuesdays in May, Warriors gave back, with a focus on giving thanks, giving local, giving what we could, and giving together. 41 team members logged over 1200 miles with the Charity Miles App, with those miles translating to monetary donations to the St Jude Children's Research Hospital, World Wildlife Fund, Alzheimer's Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Lung Association, UNICEF, Save the Children, She's The First, Every Mother Counts, Malala Fund, and more.
A double whammy this time. For every $ donated by our team members to a charity or not-for-profit of their choice, Secure Code Warrior matched that donation to the World Food Programme!
