토너먼트 이용 약관
1 일반
1.1
본 이용 약관 ('약관') 은 Secure Code Warrior Limited ('보안 코드 워리어', '당사', '당사') 에서 관리 및/또는 조직하는 온라인 코딩 토너먼트에 대한 귀하의 참여에 적용됩니다.

2 자격 및 참여
2.1To be eligible and participate in a tournament, you must:
2.1.1
Be at least 18 years old;
2.1.2
Either be a licenced user working for a participating customer company or corporate group, or an individual who has registered for participation through a free trial of our learning platform;
2.1.3
Provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information needed for your participation in the tournament or to receive a prize;
2.1.4
Acknowledge that Secure Code Warrior may send you service or operational emails/messages related to the tournament and your participation (this does not include marketing emails);
2.1.5
Join our Secure Code Forum on Discord for the duration of the tournament (through which you will receive leaderboard updates and can discuss the tournament with our admins and other participants in tournament specific channels);
2.1.6
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines (including those related to fair competition, professional conduct, harassment and discrimination) within the confines of the tournament, our Secure Code Forum and externally.
2.2
Secure Code Warrior 직원, 직계 가족 및 파트너의 직계 가족은 토너먼트에 참가할 수 있지만 상품을 받을 수 있는 자격은 없습니다.
2.3
당사는 단독 재량으로 귀하의 자격을 확인하고 귀하의 참여를 거부할 권리가 있습니다.
3 경품
3.1
상금은 토너먼트 우승자와 준우승자에게 수여될 수 있습니다.상금 세부 정보는 사전 또는 토너먼트 시작 시 공유됩니다.3.4
3.2Tournaments independently organised and operated by Secure Code Warrior:
3.2.1
We determine the nature and value of any prizes awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and we reserve the right to substitute or modify prizes at our sole discretion.
3.2.2
Recipients will be notified of their prize by email and must claim it within fourteen (14) days. Secure Code Warrior reserves the right to decide what happens with the prize after this deadline has expired.
3.2.3
We will ship non-monetary prizes as soon as possible (subject to availability) from the nearest Secure Code Warrior regional office. Non-monetary prizes may be subject to import tax in the destination country; by claiming the prize, recipients accept they are responsible for the cost of import tax and we will withhold shipping if this is contested.
3.3Tournaments organised on behalf of a participating company or group entity (‘external organisation’):
3.3.1
The external organisation is responsible for the nature, value, substitution, modification, notification and distribution of any prizes unless otherwise agreed with Secure Code Warrior (in which case Section 3.2 will apply).
3.3.2
You must direct all complaints or queries regarding external organisation prizes to them. Secure Code Warrior may redirect such communications and we are not responsible for responding to you or chasing the external organisation for a response.
3.4

4 토너먼트 관련 정보
4.1
참가자가 경쟁할 수 있는 토너먼트 경기장, 카테고리 또는 코딩 언어의 수와 관련된 모든 제한 사항은 각 토너먼트마다 별도로 안내됩니다.
4.2
토너먼트가 Secure Code Warrior에 의해 독립적으로 조직되고 운영되는 경우, 당사는 시작일 (및 시간) 과 종료일 (및 시간) 을 결정합니다.
4.3
Secure Code Warrior가 외부 조직을 대신하여 토너먼트를 주최하는 경우, 외부 조직은 토너먼트 이름, 설명, 시작 날짜 (및 시간) /종료 날짜 (및 시간), 참가 회사, 언어, 챌린지 수, 최소 또는 최대 참가자 수 및 Secure Code Warrior가 토너먼트를 진행하는 데 필요한 기타 정보를 포함하여 토너먼트의 매개 변수를 결정하고 당사에 통지합니다.
5 책임의 제한
5.1
법이 허용하는 최대한의 범위 내에서 Secure Code Warrior는 토너먼트 참가 또는 상품 사용과 관련된 모든 손해 또는 손실 (이익 손실, 사업, 고용, 기회 또는 기타 무형 손실 포함) 에 대해 원인과 상관없이 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이는 그러한 손해의 가능성을 알고 있는 경우에도 마찬가지입니다.
5.2
토너먼트 순위표는 정보 제공의 목적으로만 제공되며 Secure Code Warrior의 공식 인증 또는 보증을 의미하지 않습니다.당사는 대회의 결과 또는 순위를 바탕으로 제3자가 내린 채용, 포칭 또는 고용 결정에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.참가자는 토너먼트 참여에 따른 위험 부담이 본인에게 있음을 인정하며, 당사는 순위표 또는 대회와 관련하여 참가자 또는 제3자가 취한 후속 조치에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6 이용 약관의 변경
6.1
본 이용 약관은 [DD Month YYYY] 에 마지막으로 업데이트되었습니다.
6.2
Secure Code Warrior는 당사가 조직한 특정 토너먼트에 대한 추가 약관을 포함할 권리가 있습니다.
6.3
시큐어 코드 워리어는 사전 통지 없이 약관을 변경할 권리가 있습니다.모든 변경 사항은 게시일로부터 효력이 발생합니다.
